2. Nature of the Service (Zero Server-Side Media Hosting)

It is essential to understand that YTSnapIt does not host, upload, store, mirror, or publish any video files or image thumbnails on our servers.

• All thumbnail images displayed or previewed on YTSnapIt are served directly from YouTube's official content delivery network (i.ytimg.com) to the user's web browser.
• YTSnapIt acts solely as a client-side URL inspector utility.
• If an image is removed or set to private on YouTube, it immediately becomes unavailable through this utility as well.

3. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any content linked through YTSnapIt infringes upon your copyright, you may send a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific YouTube URL.
4. Reasonably sufficient information to allow us to contact you, including your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
